"Got linked up through our realtor, first time pool owner. Scott did our pre-purchase inspection & helped us understand what we were getting into. Had him teach me the intro "pool school" once we moved in and get the pump programmed appropriately. Put me on the right path to keep things running great. Previous owner left behind an old vacuum side cleaner which died quickly. Went to Arizona Pool & Pond for a robot cleaner which has been fantastic! Got a great price on a quality Dolphin unit that has done a fantastic job on post-monsoon trash. Been happy, will look to them for options on our re-plaster in the next year or two."

"I am writing this review within my capacity as the HOA Board President for the Casitas Del Oro Norte HOA in Oro Valley. We are delighted to report the services provided by Arizona Pool & Pond Company have been excellent which is why we are renewing our contract next month for the 5th consecutive year with Arizona Pool & Pond Company Both Sunny & Scott have ensured their technicians are well qualified, show up as scheduled, are professional, and always courteous. Their regular monthly maintenance cleaning fees are very competitive as well as their fees for equipment repair. Arizona Pool & Pond Company re-plastered our Jacuzzi, repaired our pool heater, replaced our leaking underground water lines without having to dig up our pool decking, and installed an auto-fill water supply line unit for our Jacuzzi; all done at very reasonable prices. We do not have a need for landscaping-pond service, however I've seen a couple of Arizona Pool & Pond Company landscaping-pond projects and they are Oro Valley, AZ"

"Arizona Pool & Pond Company did a great job helping me with my pool to pond conversion. I did everything backward but they beautifully installed my Ultima II pond filter and Pentair multi speed pump. It was done professionally and cleanly with no mess left behind. And, the staff is super helpful and friendly."

"If I could give them more stars I would. I have used other pool companies in the past and I have had a terrible experience. I spoke with Sunny on the phone and she was very sweet and great to talk to. She was very personable and was able to answer all of my questions (which I had a lot of). I also had the honor of meeting the owner, Scott. He was very nice and very personable as well. They came out and did a great job on my pool. I will definitely continue to use them for routine cleanings and keep up. If you're looking for a place to go, don't look any further! Tuscon, AZ"
